The Office, Community, 30 Rock, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (not a scripted program but still hilarious!). Glee is also pretty sharp. If you can, check out the British version of the Office and the show Extras (both with Ricky Gervais - the funniest man alive!).

How I Met Your Mother (currently being re-run on E4 7:30 each night);

The Office (US Version) ... now on Season 6, and very funny. Departed from the UK version early on, and better for it.
